Your tasks:

✅ Accounts receivable and accounts payable - you will be responsible for posting and managing invoices and payments.

✅ Processing payment transactions - you ensure a smooth cash flow.

✅ Payroll accounting - you create payroll statements and keep an eye on all relevant deadlines.

✅ Travel expense accounting - you check and process your colleagues' travel expenses.

Your profile:

✅ Completed commercial training - ideally with a focus on accounting

✅ Confident handling of accounting software - especially DATEV

✅ Good IT skills - you work confidently with common programs

✅ Experience in payroll accounting - including the preparation of monthly statements
