Your tasks:

• Monitoring, maintenance and care of the building systems
• Coordination and support of external companies
• Minor troubleshooting
• Monitoring and maintenance of the exterior of the building

Your profile:

• Professional experience as a janitor or in comparable activities
• Technical training is an advantage, e.g. electrician (m/f/d)
• Good manual skills
• Careful and reliable way of working
• Good written and spoken German
