On behalf of a well-known client, we are looking for an HR assistant (m/f/d) for time recording on a temporary basis.

Your tasks:
- First point of contact for all matters relating to time management
- Recording of working times and their corrections
- Production data acquisition and maintenance
- Creation of reports
- Master data maintenance
- Database maintenance
- Administrative activities
- Coordination with specialist departments, in person, by telephone and in writing
- Creation of reports for controlling
- Creation and management of time cards and plant ID cards
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Preferably with additional HR qualification
- Professional experience in the areas of time recording, production data acquisition and maintenance desirable
- Knowledge of surcharge calculation and the IG Metall collective agreement
- Fluent in written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English
- Solid knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
- Ability to work in a team, discretion and loyalty
