Your tasks:

• Responsibility for purchasing within the Group (e.g. vehicle fleet, services) as well as purchasing technical equipment and services on behalf of customers 
• Negotiating framework agreements
• Operational implementation in day-to-day business 
• Requesting and evaluating quotations and conducting negotiations on prices, quantities, delivery and payment conditions, including drafting contracts 
• Selection and implementation of suitable tools for tracking purchasing volumes and agreed service levels 
• Supplier management and strategic control of supplier relationships
• Continuous optimization of processes

Your profile:

• Several years of practical experience in purchasing
• Experience in negotiating framework agreements
• Experience with technical trades, TGA and/or real estate management, facility management an advantage
• Knowledge of procurement regulations (including public authorities) and contract law desirable 
• Confident demeanor including strong negotiation and communication skills
• Cross-functional teamwork skills and an analytical and independent way of working
