- Creation, processing and checking of invoices, offers and presentations

- General office and administrative tasks: Correspondence, mail processing, telephone, expense reports
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP knowledge an advantage, but not a must
- Structured, independent way of working and high service orientation
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
