Your tasks:
- Independent calculation of regional projects
- Preparation of calculations and quotations for small to large-scale projects with a focus on sewer, civil engineering and traffic route construction (checking the
- Tender documents and quantities, recording of opportunities and risks)
- Obtaining and checking subcontractor services
- Comprehensible documentation of all calculation steps
- Development of variants and special proposals
- Maintenance of standard costing data
- Close coordination with the group and division management
- Preparation and handover of the work calculation AK0
- Support for ongoing projects and creation of supplements
- Mobile working / home office possible
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or training as a civil engineer (m/f/d) or comparable qualification through further training
- Several years of professional experience in costing, construction and project management or a similar position would be an advantage
- Experienced in the use of common IT systems
- Knowledge of a calculation program, ideally RIB-iTWO
- Concentrated and analytical way of working
- Above-average commitment and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
