Your tasks:
- You will support the corporate client advisors assigned to you in all matters relating to our clients
- You prepare quotation calculations, monitor account management and assist with credit applications
- You arrange customer appointments, draft the correspondence - also based on keywords - and send it to the customer
- You are the contact person for questions and requests from our customers and support us in implementing our service promise
- You identify optimization potential within the scope of your assigned tasks and pass this on to your manager
Your profile:
- You have completed training as a bank clerk or comparable commercial training
- You already have knowledge of evaluating business documents and in-depth knowledge of rating corporate and private clients
- You are service-oriented, can solve problems and act analytically and responsibly
- Your further development is important to you and the necessary
- Basic knowledge of the banking business keeps you up to date
- You have general basic legal knowledge of advisor liability, tax law, loan agreement regulations, loan collateralization, contract law, balance sheet analysis and risk identification/assessment
