For a well-known client from Chemnitz we are looking for you as an office clerk, secretary, receptionist or commercial employee (m/f/d) in full-time.

Your area of responsibility:
- Office reception
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Telephone, electronic and written correspondence
- Scheduling and coordination
- Preparatory work for the management
What you bring with you:
- Friendly and professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance
- Confident handling of PC and scheduling software
- Experience in the reception area an advantage
- Training and professional experience in a commercial profession
- Willingness to work full-time (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
- Very good written and spoken German, at least C2 language level
