Your area of responsibility:

• Support in the preparation of IFS Food certifications
• Creating and checking packaging declarations for the finished goods produced
• Supervision of the concept for sensory testing and the monitoring system for the finished goods produced
• Preparation of training courses and management of the training system
• Document management
• Data collection / recording and evaluation of results
• Working in the SAP system

What you bring with you:

• Degree in food technology or training with initial professional experience in quality management desirable
• Knowledge in the areas of food law, declaration, IFS Food, BRC or comparable standard
• High quality awareness, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• SAP knowledge desirable
• Very good knowledge of German required (C1), good knowledge of English an advantage (B2)
