On behalf of a well-known client from the Hamburg region, we are looking for exactly you as an employee in the field of personnel and secretarial services (m/f/d).

We take care of your commute and cover the cost of the monthly ticket of €58.00.

Your tasks:

  • Coordination of job interviews
  • Support in maintaining the onboarding tool
  • Support with the creation of various letters
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, procurement of office supplies
  • Support with general HR issues

Hybrid working is possible up to a proportion of approx. 50%.

Your profile:

  • Commercial vocational training 
  • Initial experience in HR or a similar administrative role would be an advantage
  • High organizational skills and good time management
  • Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
  • MS Office skills, knowledge of personnel management systems if necessary
  • Sympathetic communication and very friendly demeanor
