We take care of your commute and cover the cost of the monthly ticket of €58.00.

Your tasks:
- Coordination of job interviews
- Support in maintaining the onboarding tool
- Support with the creation of various letters
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, procurement of office supplies
- Support with general HR issues
Hybrid working is possible up to a proportion of approx. 50%.
Your profile:
- Commercial vocational training
- Initial experience in HR or a similar administrative role would be an advantage
- High organizational skills and good time management
- Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
- MS Office skills, knowledge of personnel management systems if necessary
- Sympathetic communication and very friendly demeanor
