Your tasks:

• Preparatory work for the payroll accountants
• Maintenance of personnel files
• Maintenance of personnel master data
• Recording, monitoring and managing working hours, absences and vacation requests
• Organization of administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Experience and knowledge of payroll accounting required
• Good knowledge of German
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs
• Enjoy working in a team
