Your tasks:

• Responsible, timely and correct processing of demand notifications from all departments
• Obtaining offers and advising the departments reporting requirements
• Examination of offers received with regard to prices and conditions and preparation for renegotiation by the purchasing management
• Processing orders, order confirmations, delivery bills and invoices
• Independently ensuring that ordered goods and services are delivered on time

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• First professional experience in purchasing in an industrial company
• Independent way of working
• Confident handling of common office software
