We offer an above-tariff salary package based on TVöD from S8 a (depending on qualifications and professional experience)

Pedagogical co-design: actively and creatively help develop the daycare center's daily routine
Childcare: accompany the children lovingly and individually

Completed training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
Good professional and social skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Interest in the further development of our concept
