Your tasks:

• Telefonische Kundenberatung und Bestellannahme
• Kundenberatung und Verkauf vor Ort
• Unterstützung in speziellen Logistikprozessen
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Transportschäden
• Beantwortung von Händler- und Privatanfragen per Mail, Telefon und vor Ort

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst von Vorteil
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Committed appearance and structured way of working
• Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
