In this position you will be responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of logistical processes. Your contribution is crucial for the smooth transportation of goods and services.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Planning and coordination of transports / scheduling of drivers and vehicles (7.5t to 40t)
  • Preparation of offers and orders
  • Monitoring of delivery dates
  • Communication with customers, service providers and partners
  • Processing of customs and export formalities
  • Documentation of processes as part of quality management

What you bring with you:

  • Completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge of the logistics industry
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications and experience with special software solutions in the field of logistics
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and an independent way of working
  • Knowledge of English is desirable
