Your tasks:
- Legal research on current case law, especially in the field of energy law, UWG etc.
- Preparation of short expert opinions on various legal issues
- Processing of official inquiries and the associated factual research in SAP, e.g. requests for information from the police / public prosecutor's office, arbitration board proceedings
- Processing and researching legal issues from various teams with operational responsibility
Your profile:
- Completed studies in law (1st state examination, Bachelor / Master), training as a paralegal (m/f/d)
- Experience in the processing of legal matters and legal correspondence
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Accurate and structured work
- They are binding and reliable
- Willingness to explore new subject areas independently
- Good knowledge in the use of MS Office products
- In-depth knowledge of SAP applications desirable
- Knowledge of energy industry processes
