Your tasks:
- Support and care for children in the crèche/daycare center from the age of one until they start school
- Promoting emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Planning and implementation of educational programs
- Participation in the settling-in periods for newcomers
- Participation in the conceptual development of pedagogical work
- Cooperation with parents, e.g. planning, implementation, documentation and follow-up of parent-teacher conferences
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or completed studies
- Knowledge of the Bavarian education and upbringing plan would be desirable
- Professional pedagogical approach and basic attitude
