Your tasks:

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems
• Carrying out error analyses and troubleshooting
• Advice and support for customers with technical questions
• Documentation of workflows and solutions
• Training users in the use of software tools
• Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of terminals for access and time recording 
• Implementation of the systems in existing networks and commissioning of the products
• Technical contact for all technical questions
• Documentation of service calls in the helpdesk system

Your profile:

• Completed training in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of network technologies as well as hardware and software knowledge
• Experience in customer service is desirable
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Good communication skills in German, knowledge of English is an advantage
