CNC - Milling cutter / Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

Job description

On behalf of a well-known customer based in Hasselroth, we are looking for exactly you as a CNC milling cutter (m/f/d) in the production of individual parts and small series. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the precise machining of metal parts and ensuring the high quality of the processes.

Your area of responsibility:

• Setting up, equipping and operating multi-axis CNC-controlled milling machines or machining centers (e.g. 3-axis/5-axis)
• Production of individual parts and small series according to drawings while maintaining dimensional accuracy
• Processing production orders on schedule and in line with quality requirements
• Setting up and programming the milling machining centers with Siemens control and CAD/CAM system (GibbsCam)
• Maintenance and care of the machines, devices and work equipment in your area of responsibility
• Clean the devices and the manufactured parts

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in CNC milling is desirable
• Technical understanding and a high degree of accuracy and care
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and an independent way of working
• Business fluent in German
