Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing on the basis of performance records, invoice verification/account assignment and posting of invoices in accordance with our company guidelines as well as commercial and tax law requirements.
  • Correspondence with customers regarding order confirmations, payment transactions and accounting issues.
  • Active receivables management, including processing outstanding items and carrying out the dunning process.
  • Management and maintenance of the IT contract portfolio as well as maintenance of contract and master data in our ERP system.
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of our commercial and organizational processes.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB) as well as in economic and tax audits.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a corresponding degree, ideally with further training as an accountant (m/f/d).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a medium-sized IT company.
  • Sound knowledge of HGB accounting and tax law.
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Navision or Business Central).
  • Independent and careful way of working, also when dealing with contracts.
  • High level of self-motivation, ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills.
