Sales representative (m/f/d) in internal sales

Your tasks:

• Creating quotations, inquiries and sample orders in the system
• Processing credit notes and returns
• Price maintenance in SAP according to specifications
• Preparation of presentations and customer letters
• Support with budget and forecast preparation
• Maintain forecasts in SAP according to specifications
• Processing various customer concerns and coordinating with other departments where necessary

Your profile:

• Completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP an advantage
• Language skills: German, English
• Customer orientation and independent work
• Flexibility and reliability
