Your tasks:

• Management and maintenance of tenant correspondence and organization of all property-related documents
• Checking and processing incoming invoices
• Collaboration in operational and sales tasks in day-to-day business
• Vacation and sickness cover for colleagues
  On-site support for tenants/contact person for tenant matters
• Conducting property viewings with interested parties
• Support and implementation of handovers and returns of rental space
• Coordination and control of external facility management service providers in cooperation with the colleague on site
• Reporting and maintenance of the internal CRM database

Your profile:

• First or several years of professional experience in the real estate industry 
• Completed commercial training is an advantage
• Professional manners and high service orientation
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Real organizational talent and a reliable way of working
