Job description

On behalf of a well-known client in Magdeburg we are looking for you as Facility Manager (m/f/d).

The position is to be filled on a temporary basis, with the option of being taken on by the client company in the near future.

This is what you can expect from us:

Management and coordination of the trades (plumbers, gardeners, painters, etc.)
Monitoring and maintaining maintenance contracts for all technical systems and infrastructure
Ensuring the functional and safe operational readiness of all buildings and outdoor facilities
Planning and organization of maintenance and repair measures
Implementation of budget planning and cost control for facility management measures
Optimization of operating costs through efficient management and predictive maintenance strategies
Cooperation with external service providers and partners to ensure smooth operations
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, such as occupational health and safety, fire protection and safety regulations
Reporting to the management and regular site inspections

Completed training in facility management, building services engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in facility management, ideally in a corporate environment with multiple locations
Management experience in dealing with trades and service providers
Very good knowledge of maintenance contracts and servicing
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a high sense of responsibility
