On behalf of a well-known client from the Cologne region, we are looking for exactly you as a customer consultant (m/f/d) for customer service in German-speaking countries.

Your tasks:

• Support for various sales customer projects (B2B)
• Collaboration in the service team via ticket system
• Customer advice via telephone and/or video telephony
• Customer advice for minor technical problems
• Support for existing customers
• Satisfaction surveys

Your profile:

• Experience in customer service
• Experience in the commercial sector e.g. clerk  
• Expressiveness and professional appearance on the phone
• Ability to explain complicated issues simply
• Very good written and spoken German
