Your tasks:
- Administration and verification of time recording
- Induction of new employees (m/f/d) on their first working day
- Preparation and implementation of monthly payroll accounting with Sage
- Communication with external bodies such as health insurance companies, social security institutions and authorities
- Contact person (m/f/d) for all questions relating to payroll accounting, social security and time management
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on payroll accounting or a comparable qualification
- Experience in payroll accounting and time recording
- Sound knowledge of social security and wage tax law
- Sage user knowledge an advantage
- Independent, structured, conscientious and solution-oriented way of working
