Your tasks:

Processing incoming orders including ordering the corresponding raw materials
Organization and processing of outgoing goods
Complaints processing (suppliers and customers)
Monitoring maintenance plans for machinery and technical equipment
Telephone contact for our customers

Your profile:

Completed commercial training - ideally experience with freight forwarding/dispatch business
Confident handling of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
Willingness to familiarize yourself with our proprietary programs
Responsible, reliable, quick on the uptake, team player and flexible
