Your tasks:
- Provision of tools according to planning
- Independent problem analysis of complex defects and quality deficiencies on articles and injection molds using lean problem analysis tools
- Independent handling of refurbishments of injection molds including spare parts procurement, deadline and quality monitoring and documentation
- Optimization and improvement of existing processes and procedures
- Creating and updating maintenance plans for injection molds
- Independent coordination with the interfaces setter, process experts and the production areas regarding repairs, cavity replacement and optimization of the tools
- Independent execution of tool spare parts repairs: milling, turning, grinding, polishing, spotting, etc.
- Independent execution of repair and maintenance work according to task planning and deadlines
- Support for tool mechanics
- Control function of the tool mechanics' work execution
Your profile:
- Technical training as a toolmaker, industrial mechanic, plant operator, precision mechanic or a similar technical profession
- Good knowledge in the areas of mould technology, maintenance of injection moulding tools and manual optimization / reworking of moulded parts
- Crane operation: Practical & theoretical instruction
- Good written and spoken German
- IT skills: MS Office and SAP
