Your tasks:
- Processing and handling of all financial accounting tasks
- Posting of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
- Preparation of outgoing invoices and advance VAT returns
- Posting account statements and reconciling cash reports
- Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and their documentation
- Creation of payment runs and processing of vendor dunning procedures
- Collaboration in the redesign of processes
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk
- Cross-divisional professional experience in financial accounting is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Axapta or other ERP software is desirable
- High degree of flexibility, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
