Your tasks:
- Processing and preparation of quotations and order confirmations
- Support of field sales force and international sales representatives
- Monitoring order processing and ensuring on-time deliveries
- If suitable, possible deputy in the shipping department with preparation of export documents and invoices as well as dispatch of goods
- Communication in written and spoken English
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification is desirable
- Professional experience in foreign trade an advantage
- Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages are welcome
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented way of working, paired with an independent way of thinking
