Your tasks:

• Invoice verification and clarification of queries
• Entry and upload of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Checking incoming payments
• Cooperation with the tax office and transmission of data via Datev
• Support in dunning procedures
• Checking travel expense reports
• Support with the open items list

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Previous experience in auditing is an advantage
• Affinity for numbers and good MS Office skills as well as knowledge of other booking programs desirable
• Team-oriented and hands-on (cooperation with another accountant (m/f/d))
• Communicative and solution-oriented
