Your tasks:
- Support and implementation of price negotiations
- Supplier selection and evaluation
- Preparation of contract documents, e.g. framework agreements and individual agreements
- Independent organization of the ordering and procurement process
- Process optimization and control
- Researching suitable goods, services and suppliers according to requirements in the internal purchasing portal and externally
- Participation in project assignments
- Contact for managers and operational colleagues in the region
- Interface to central purchasing and for framework agreement partners and suppliers
- Administrative and commercial management of the vehicle fleet
Your profile:
- Commercial vocational training Industrial clerk (m/f/d) Wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications
- At least initial professional experience in purchasing, material procurement or scheduling
- Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Proactive, organized and precise way of working
- Ability to work in a team and experience in project management
