Your tasks:

  • Support and implementation of price negotiations
  • Supplier selection and evaluation
  • Preparation of contract documents, e.g. framework agreements and individual agreements
  • Independent organization of the ordering and procurement process
  • Process optimization and control
  • Researching suitable goods, services and suppliers according to requirements in the internal purchasing portal and externally
  • Participation in project assignments
  • Contact for managers and operational colleagues in the region
  • Interface to central purchasing and for framework agreement partners and suppliers
  • Administrative and commercial management of the vehicle fleet

Your profile:

  • Commercial vocational training Industrial clerk (m/f/d) Wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications
  • At least initial professional experience in purchasing, material procurement or scheduling
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  • Proactive, organized and precise way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and experience in project management
