Your tasks:
- Planning/execution of quality meetings in the production area (management of an action plan; deadline tracking)
- Implement and continuously develop procedures for handling defective/suspected defective components (defect analysis, inventory determination, blocking, reporting)
- Risk assessment for critical deviations (in-house production/purchased part defects, complaints, process deviations)
- Monitoring of KPI "scrap" in the continuous improvement process in the assigned production area (selection of critical projects; in-depth root cause analysis, documentation)
- Triggering complaints about purchased parts with the supplier and coordinating
- Immediate measures (creation of internal rework orders/sorting instructions; request for cost approval from the supplier for internal sorting or rework processes)
- Processing customer complaints (in coordination with Team CQ, initiation of internal immediate measures; carrying out root cause analysis for in-house production errors, e.g. Ishikawa/5Why method, effectiveness check of measures introduced)
- Evaluation of internal building deviation applications
- Planning/implementation/evaluation of product audits (management of an action plan; deadline tracking)
- Maintenance of databases and statistics
- Supporting the Customer Quality Engineers with complaints (CLR / Warranty) and customer escalations
Your profile:
- Training / studies / further training: completed technical studies or technical training with appropriate further training (technician /
engineer / master craftsman training, quality management) and / or professional experience in quality management, complaint processing (8D system), error analysis (Gemba, Ishikawa, 5Why), internal auditor (product/process) - MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
- Language skills: very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
- Knowledge and experience in the application of QM methods (automotive core tools)
