Your tasks:
- Recognize and carry out tool repairs and modifications as an internal service provider for production
- Operation of CNC machine tools in tool repair
- Assembly, disassembly and inspection of tools and tool parts
- Reading product and tool drawings or creating sketches
- Welding of shape damage, chipping and changes in tool steels using the TIG process
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a tool mechanic or a comparable qualification
- Mold making expertise
- Basic knowledge of punching technology, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- CNC turning, CNC milling or eroding
- PC skills
- Willingness to work shifts
- Forklift license an advantage
- Independent way of working
- Enjoy working in a team
