On behalf of a well-known client from the Auengrund region, at the Merbelsrod site, we are looking for exactly you as an accountant/bookkeeper (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
- Contact person for traditional financial accounting processes (financial and general ledger accounting, taxes, treasury/liquidity planning, internal control system / SOX compliance, consolidated financial statements)
- Collaboration in the preparation, planning and coordination of the HGB financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements)
- Coordination with internal contacts from other departments, but also with banks, internal auditors, accountants, tax consultants and auditors
- Collaboration in the further development of accounting processes
- Identification of potential risks, derivation of recommendations for action and implementation of measures
- Processing/implementation of tax-relevant topics such as capital gains tax and corporation tax in cooperation with our auditors
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training with further qualification as an accountant or successfully completed business studies
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position
Very good knowledge of MS-Office and IFRS accounting desirable - Experience in presenting data to management and very good communication skills
- Independent way of working
- Affinity for numbers as well as accuracy and reliability
- Business fluent in German and English
