Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary management of employees 
• Ensuring that orders are processed on time from goods receipt to dispatch
• Independent employee scheduling 
• Recording working hours and absences 
• Customer support 
• Monitoring of official requirements (occupational health and safety and the Working Hours Act)
• Management of key figures and information 

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a warehouse logistics specialist or relevant professional experience
• Several years of professional and management experience as a shift supervisor (or similar) in warehouse logistics
• Very good knowledge of materials management systems, MS Office and SAP required
• Leadership strength
• Confident communication and appearance 
• Ideally basic knowledge and experience in the application of labor law principles
• Willingness to work shifts
