Your tasks:
- Quotation and order processing for Italy, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Telephone and written correspondence with specialist trade partners from the above-mentioned countries
- Support in the processing of customer inquiries and orders
- Coordination of deliveries and processing of complaints
- Contact for branches and sales representatives
- Maintaining and updating customer master data in the system
- Support in the optimization of sales and export processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training desirable
- Good language skills
- German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Punctuality, reliability and a careful and committed way of working
- Good PC user skills and confident handling of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Independent and structured way of working
- High service orientation and strong communication skills
