Your tasks:

  • Checking and posting invoices
  • Receivables management including customer contact for financial matters
  • Requesting and checking vendor master data
  • Creation and preparation of payment proposals for vendor invoices
  • Settlement of debit notes
  • Processing of travel expenses
  • Posting of bank transactions
  • Creation of SEPA collections
  • General filing and administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Preferably career starters with initial experience in financial accounting
  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills
  • Willingness to learn basic accounting skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
