Your tasks:

• Answering calls and processing customer inquiries in the service area
• Processing incoming emails, chats and WhatsApp messages
• Informing and advising customers on products and offers

Your profile:

• Completed training as a bank clerk or a commercial apprenticeship with initial experience in customer service
• Motivated career changers are welcome
• Good communication skills, flexibility and enjoyment of customer contact
• Friendly demeanor and good manners
