Your tasks:

  • Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Creation and processing of shipping and customs documents
  • Communication with forwarding agents, suppliers and customers in German and English
  • Checking and meeting delivery deadlines
  • Processing complaints and returns
  • Maintenance and management of inventory and logistics data in the ERP system
  • Support in the optimization of logistical processes

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Professional experience in logistics or shipping required
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and service orientation
