Your tasks:
- Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods
- Creation and processing of shipping and customs documents
- Communication with forwarding agents, suppliers and customers in German and English
- Checking and meeting delivery deadlines
- Processing complaints and returns
- Maintenance and management of inventory and logistics data in the ERP system
- Support in the optimization of logistical processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding
- Professional experience in logistics or shipping required
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
- Structured and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and service orientation
