Your tasks:
- Order processing and coordination of international deliveries
- Preparation of export and customs documents in accordance with applicable regulations
- Coordination with forwarding agents, customers and authorities
- Monitoring delivery dates and shipping processes
- Examination and processing of letters of credit and payment modalities
- Maintenance of customer and shipping data in the ERP system
- Support in the optimization of export processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally in export, freight forwarding or wholesale and foreign trade
- Experience in export processing and international shipping is an advantage
- Knowledge of customs and foreign trade law is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and other foreign languages desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP/customs software
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
