Your tasks:

  • Processing and checking orders
  • Creation of order confirmations and invoices
  • Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Communication with customers and suppliers regarding orders
  • Maintaining and updating order data in the system
  • Processing complaints and returns
  • Support with the creation of delivery and shipping documents
  • Collaboration with other departments such as warehouse, purchasing and sales

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Initial experience in order processing desirable
  • Experienced MS-Office knowledge
  • Independent way of working
  • Confident, well-groomed appearance and good language skills
  • Flexibility, commitment and dynamism
