Your tasks:
- Management and optimization of the entire supply chain processes, especially in the production environment
- Ensuring an efficient supply of materials for production
- Coordination of purchasing, logistics, warehouse and production planning
- Monitoring delivery dates, inventories and production capacities
- Analysis and optimization of supply chains to increase efficiency
- Management, motivation and further development of the supply chain team
- Collaboration with internal departments as well as external suppliers and partners
- Creation of reports and key figures for performance analysis
Your profile:
- Completed business or technical studies with a focus on supply chain, logistics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the supply chain, ideally with production experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
- Management experience in a comparable environment
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
