Your tasks:

• Process management in HR 
• Central point of contact for all colleagues 
• Responsible for the recruitment and development of new employees 
• Management of the recruitment process incl. definition of strategies 
• Conducting job interviews and responsible for hiring employees 
• Interface with the works council 
• Project work in the HR area 

Your profile:

• Completed studies in HR / personnel management / or similar training 
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in HR (HR Business Partner level or similar) 
• Desirable Experience in working with the works council
• Very good knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining 
• Hands-on mentality 
• Very good knowledge of German and English
