Your tasks:

• Support with the procurement of materials and services
• Obtaining, comparing and evaluating offers
• Negotiation of prices, delivery conditions and contracts
• Order processing and monitoring of delivery dates
• Maintenance and management of supplier and material master data
• Communication with internal departments and suppliers at home and abroad
• Support in the optimization of purchasing processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on purchasing, logistics or business administration
• Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and high level of initiative
