Your tasks:
- Support with the procurement of materials and services
- Obtaining, comparing and evaluating offers
- Negotiation of prices, delivery conditions and contracts
- Order processing and monitoring of delivery dates
- Maintenance and management of supplier and material master data
- Communication with internal departments and suppliers at home and abroad
- Support in the optimization of purchasing processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on purchasing, logistics or business administration
- Professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and high level of initiative
