Your tasks:
- Central telephone support and qualified forwarding of information to internal contacts
- Reception of guests and employees
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Implementation of room occupancy
- Supplying the meeting participants
- General administrative activities to support the team
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in office management and/or as a receptionist
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Well-groomed appearance and open, friendly personality
