Your tasks:

  • Central telephone support and qualified forwarding of information to internal contacts
  • Reception of guests and employees
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Implementation of room occupancy
  • Supplying the meeting participants
  • General administrative activities to support the team

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in office management and/or as a receptionist
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Confident handling of MS-Office 
  • Well-groomed appearance and open, friendly personality
