Your tasks:

  • General office organization and administration
  • Processing invoices, orders and contracts
  • Correspondence and communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings
  • Data maintenance and document management
  • Processing orders and purchasing office supplies

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or similar
  • First professional experience in the commercial sector an advantage
  • Independent and systematic way of working
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Confident handling of common IT systems such as MS Office
