Your tasks:
- Responsibility for processing orders and coordinating all associated activities
- Central point of contact for European customers for all inquiries
- Ensuring comprehensive customer service for international markets
- Order processing, product and service consulting incl. complaint management
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or a similar qualification
- Experienced use of MS Office
- First professional experience in the relevant field
- Fluency in English
- Other foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish or French
- Team spirit as an outstanding characteristic
