Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for processing orders and coordinating all associated activities
  • Central point of contact for European customers for all inquiries
  • Ensuring comprehensive customer service for international markets
  • Order processing, product and service consulting incl. complaint management

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or a similar qualification
  • Experienced use of MS Office
  • First professional experience in the relevant field
  • Fluency in English 
  • Other foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish or French
  • Team spirit as an outstanding characteristic
