Your tasks:

• Planning and implementing personnel measures  
• Vorbereiten und Umsetzen von Personalmaßnahmen
• Preparation of personnel actions (e.g. pay changes, performance appraisals, special payments, etc.)
• Editing employment contracts 
• Über betriebliche und tarifliche Regelungen informieren (z. B. vermögenswirksame Leistungen)
• Entgeltzusammensetzung und Entgeltabzüge erläutern, begründen und vertreten
• Representing the interests of the HR department

Your profile:

• Commercial vocational training (with further training in human resources) 
• Sound knowledge of labor law (collective bargaining and employment contracts, etc.)
• Relevant professional experience in HR of 2-3 years 
• Desirable Experience in cooperation with works council
• Good MS Office skills
• Structured working style
