Your tasks:
- Support and advice for existing customers
- Acquiring new customers and expanding business relationships
- Quotation preparation and order processing
- Market and competition analyses to identify new sales potential
- Negotiation of prices and contract terms
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as marketing, purchasing and logistics
- Participation in trade fairs and sales events
- Preparation of sales reports and forecasts
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with sales experience
- Experience in sales or customer management an advantage
- Business fluent in German
- Knowledge of English desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and negotiating skills
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and high customer orientation
