Your tasks:
- You are responsible for handling the entire personnel administration process from entry to exit
- You will independently manage time management using SAP (maintaining time accounts, making corrections, checking and processing vacation and absence requests)
- You create certificates and evaluations
- You support your colleagues in the preparation of monthly payroll accounting
- You will be involved in day-to-day operations and applicant management
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have successfully completed further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
- You have several years of experience in personnel work, ideally in time management or personnel administration
- You have a sound knowledge of labor and social security law
- Confident knowledge of MS Office and SAP round off your profile
- You are characterized by a responsible and structured way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork and strong communication skills
